Accessing Your Email Via Thunderbird (IMAP)

This guide is intended for anyone who wants to access their email through the Thunderbird mail client using the IMAP protocol. Follow the steps below to configure your account correctly.
Step 1: Open Account Settings
Open the Thunderbird application, then click the gear icon located in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Step 2: Go to Account Settings
Click Account Settings from the menu that appears.
Step 3: Create a New Account
Click the New Account button to begin setting up your email.

Step 4: Enter Your Account Details
Enter your name, email address, and password, then select Configure manually.
Step 5: Configure the Server Settings
Enter the following server details:
- Hostname: mailpro.surel.io
- Port: 993
- Connection Security: SSL/TLS
- Hostname: mailpro.surel.io
- Port: 587
- Connection Security: STARTTLS
Step 6: Test and Finish
Click Re-test. If the message "The following settings were found by probing the given server" appears, click Done to complete the setup.
