Mobile Device - IMAP (Recommended Configuration)

Before using this configuration, make sure you are buying "Basic Users," and for Basic Users, your server will be "mailbasic.surel.io"

Go to "Settings" on your phone, to add an email account and select "IMAP" like the picture shown below :

Now, enter the information we need to complete this configuration;

- fill in the hostname field using "mailbasic.surel.io"

- fill in the domain name using your domain

- fill in the username and password for your email address.

It should look like the picture shown above after it is filled up.

If your email client asks for a port for Incoming Configuration, use "993 / SSL."  

If your email client asks for a port for Outgoing Configuration, use "587 / TLS."
