Renaming Users Email in Surel.io
- Log in to the console, Click "Users" → "Active Users";
- Select or search users you want to rename and click the "Gear Icon".
- Select or search users you want to rename and click the "Gear Icon".
On the general information tab, click the "Gear Icon" in the "email field" to change or rename the email address for that user.
Once the pop-up appears, change the old email address to the new one and click "rename" to save it.
Now, your user should use the new email address to log in, send and receive emails.
