Adding Users Into Surel.io

Click "Users" on the dashboard menu and "Buy User"

see "What Is Active and Pending Users"

Click "Create Account" (if you want to create Bulk Users follow this "Creating Bulk Account Into Surel.io")

Fill this information with the account you want to create

• Name : (Please fill in your full name)
• Email : (Please fill in the email address you want to create)
• Password : (Please fill in the password you want to create for this user).
• Confirm password: (re-type your password before)

Next, select the type of users and mailbox quota you want to give to that users

• Service Tier : Professional or Basic ( see "Professional and Basic Features" )
  
• Mailbox Quota :  ( see our "Pricing Tables" for mailbox quota ).

Next, you will see summaries from users you want to create; you can edit that user by clicking the "gear icon" before processing to the next step

Processing the next step, you need a valid Billing Contact that you already add on billing menu. ( see "Adding Contact for Billing" ) and click "Proceed" on the dashboard.

Next, you will see pricing summaries for each user, and scroll down to see the Total Amount and ended subscription information 

Once you click "Checkout," we will create a link for your payment, and your user's status will be "Pending User."

You need to complete the payment to make the account an "Active Users" status and can use it for sending and receiving emails. see "Making a Payment into Surel.io"

Once payment completed, you will see the "Pending Users" move to "Active Users"
