What is Active or Pending Users?

On the Dashboard, When you click the "Users" and "Archiving" menus, you will see "two types" of accounts, as shown below  

Active Users, it's for users that have already created and completed payment in our billing system

Pending Users, it's for users that have already created but still have pending payment.

Once you create an account or enable archiving account, it will put accounts to the status Pending Users.
