Searching Incoming Messages Log
See "Message Log"
Log in to the console. Click "Incoming" on the dashboard menu to see any option when searching the incoming message log.
Note: Our search logs are only available for the last 30 days.

First, Select the domain you would like to search for messages by clicking on the "Domain For Search" box. If you have multiple domains associated with your account, simply click the drop-down menu to choose the appropriate one.

After choosing the domain, you can easily search for the desired information using the available query options. You can look for messages based on the following:
- Recipient
- Sender
- Message ID
- Status
- Timestamp.
This will help you quickly find the specific information you are looking for and ensure you can efficiently manage your messages.
