Getting To Know Main Pages In Console Surel.io
We have several main pages to manage your daily activities on our console and simplify your day-to-day administration. We hope that by getting to know these pages, you will better understand the Surel.io console and can use all the resources provided optimally.

2. Domain

On this page, the default domain will display a sub-domain from Surel.io that you provide on trial registration (e.g., yourcompany.surel.io). You can add and delete your domain into Surel.io as many as you want.

3. Users

On this page, you will see two types of users: "Active Users" and "Pending Users."
- Active Users, it's for users that have already created and completed payment in our billing system
- Pending Users, it's for users that have already created but still have pending payment.
4. Distribution Lists

On this page, you can create a group of email addresses in a list with a common email address. When users send to a distribution list, they send the message to everyone whose address is included.

5. Archiving

On this page, Backup and Archiving an optional feature for Surel.io, offers the ability to store and search all messages that were delivered to or sent by Surel.io. Archiving is configured on a per-account basis. When archiving is enabled for an account, any email from or to that account is forked at the MTA, and a copy of the message is delivered to a predefined archive mailbox. The archiving process is transparent to account users.

6. Restore

On this page, you can restore an email if something happened to the account ( such as an Email accidentally deleted or an account deleted due to human error ); you can use this feature when the archiving account already enables on the archiving menu and have active users.

This page will display a summary of quota usage for each mailbox in percentages and numbers and how many quotas they have.

13. Preferences

You can update your Theme, Company Name, and Company Logo on this page.
By default, all access to surel.io will access from console.surel.io for admin and login.surel.io for End-Users.
You can use your URL using your domain for console and user login (e.g., console.belanjadimaill.co.id and login.belanjadimaill.co.id, or anything you want )
