Enabling Archiving Account

Click "Archiving" on the dashboard menu and "Enable Archiving"

Only the Professional Users Tier will be shown on the list

Select users who want to have archiving by clicking the check box and choosing "Email Message Lifetime."


"Email Message Lifetime" is how long you want to keep your backup data on our servers. We have three options available 30 days, 90 days, and 180 days.

Processing the next step, you need a valid Billing Contact that you already add on billing menu. ( see "Adding Contact for Billing" ) and click "Proceed" on the dashboard.


Next, you will see pricing summaries for each user, and scroll down to see the Total Amount and ended subscription information.

Once you click "Checkout," we will create a link for your payment, and your user's status will be "Pending User."

You must complete the payment to make the account an "Active Users" status and can use it to back up emails. See "Making a Payment into Surel.io"


Once payment is completed, you will see the "Pending Users" move to "Active Users."
