Status of Invoice in Surel.io

When you create a user or enable archiving, it will generate an invoice automatically for you to make a payment; we have four (4) statuses of our invoice.

• Paid (marked with a Green circle);
• it means you have processed your payment successfully
• Unpaid (marked with an Orange circle) ;
• it means you still have a pending amount, and we give you seven days to pay.
• Canceled (marked with a Red circle);
• it means you cancel the purchase order.
• Expired (marked with a Grey circle);
• if you do not make a payment at the specified time, it will be canceled and become expired
