Accessing Your Email via Mobile Device (Android) - Active Sync (Recommended Configuration)

IMPORTANT NOTES: When you follow the configuration guide, your URL on this configuration will be using mailpro.surel.io exclusively. There is no other URL to be used for this purpose.

To add an email account on your Android device, you can follow these steps:

Open the Settings app on your Android device.
Scroll down and tap on "Accounts".
Tap on "Add account."
Select "Exchange" from the list of account types.

Enter your email address

Enter your Password

Now, you can enter the information needed to complete this configuration.

Fill in the server field using "mailpro.surel.io,"
fill in the domain name using your domain,
and fill in the username and password for your email address.

It should look like the picture shown below after you filled it out:
