Accessing Your Email via Mobile Device (iPhone) - Active Sync (Recommended Configuration)

IMPORTANT NOTES: When you follow the configuration guide, your URL on this configuration will be using mailpro.surel.io exclusively. There is no other URL to be used for this purpose.

To add an email account on your iPhone, go to "Settings" and select "Microsoft Exchange" like the picture shown below:

Then, enter your "Email address" and "Description" for your email address like the picture shown below and click "Next":

After that, choose "Configure Manually" to setup server configuration like the picture shown below:

Enter your "Password" on the password field and click "Next" to continue the configuration.

Now, you can enter the information needed to complete this configuration.

Fill in the server field using "mailpro.surel.io,"
fill in the domain name using your domain,
and fill in the username and password for your email address.

It should look like the picture shown below after you filled it out:

Click "Next," you'll need to select which features you want to synchronize with your phone to complete the setup process. Once you've made your selections, you'll be able to open your email on your phone and start using it right away.
