Accessing Your Email via Microsoft Outlook - MAPI ( Recommended Configuration )

IMPORTANT NOTES: When you follow the configuration guide, your URL on this configuration will be using mailpro.surel.io exclusively. There is no other URL to be used for this purpose.

Before using this configuration, you need to install the Outlook Connector for Microsoft Outlook. Follow these link to "Installing Connector for Outlook"

Create a new profile. To create a new profile and open Control Panel on your Windows system, please follow the steps below:

• Click on the Start menu and type "Control Panel" in the search bar.
• Select "Control Panel" from the search results to open it.
• In the Control Panel, locate and click "Mail (Microsoft Outlook)".
• In the Mail Setup window, click on "Show Profiles".

• Click on the "Add" button to create a new profile.
• Enter a name for the new profile and click on "OK."

• Select "Manual Setup or additional server types", and click "Next."

• Select "Others," choose "Zimbra Collaboration Server," and click "Next."

• As we mentioned before, use mailpro.surel.io on the "Server Name" configuration and then put your email address and your password then click "OK."

• Once you have entered the required information, click on "Finish" to complete the configuration. After that, you can open or restart your Microsoft Outlook to start using your newly configured email account.
